Booking and payment

The online consultation lasts 60 minutes. The fee shown at booking is paid in advance via Stripe. The booking is confirmed only once payment is verified.

Cancellation by the client

Cancelling via the email link at least 48 hours before the appointment gives a full refund. Later cancellations are not refunded unless otherwise decided.

Cancellation by the platform

If the consultation cannot take place for reasons attributable to the platform, the client receives a full refund or a new date.
